I’m a chef, a mom, and someone who truly loves helping people feel more confident in the kitchen.
I’m not about perfect recipes or complicated techniques.
I’m about real food, real life, and helping you cook in a way that actually feels doable.
Whether it’s making your first full meal, trying something new, or hosting dinner for people you care about… I want you to feel proud of what you make.
I didn’t grow up learning how to cook from recipes or cookbooks.
I grew up as a refugee, where food was about making something out of what you had. It taught me how to stretch ingredients, trust my instincts, and not be afraid to try.
Food wasn’t just food. It was survival, culture, and connection.
Over time, that turned into something bigger.
I worked in professional kitchens, ran my own food truck, built a sauce line, and started a private catering business. I’ve cooked for hundreds, and I’ve also cooked simple meals at home for my family.
And through all of it, one thing stayed the same…
I love helping people cook.
What I Do Now
Now, I share what I’ve learned in a way that feels simple and real.
